Hi,
Are there small fast action PR maps that would be suited to the small group of vanilla players left ?
Can vanilla maps be played on PR ? eg: Karkand & Shaqi
PS: PR has Punkbuster support, does it have assess to stream to GGC Stream for there ban list ?

I think some of the skirmish and 1km maps would be good fast paced maps.
I wouldn't have a clue about the ban list, sorry.

Re: SMALL PR MAPS TO SUIT VANILLA PLAYERS ?
There was a Skirmish map pack with fun maps once. Not sure if it still works in this version.
But the problem with fast action in PR is not so much the map size as the game rules. That is, respawn times, weapon handling etc... It's not the best substitute to playing vBF2, really.
Vanilla maps can not be played, unless you convert them. Which is theoretically possible, but again, the gameplay is so different that playing Karkand in PR would probably be mainly frustrating, unless you take it really slow.

The 1k maps would suit you, gaza and mestia are both 1k or play any skirmish game mode

Why not just play vanilla if thats more up your alley? No shame in that.

It's not going to appeal to vbf2 players because you can't spam 4 grenades rapidly.

Re: Small PR maps to suit vanilla players?
I could happily play skirmish all night, I find it can be a lot more fun (on the right map) than some of the 'proper' rounds. Especially when playing with just the right number of people.
Personally I don't have the time or the inclination to spend 30 minutes organising a squad of 7 other people to build a FOB near a hill somewhere and then wait another 15 minutes to cap a flag.
I'd love a 10v10/15v15 Skirmish server if it were populated and had the right maps. Less spammy than vBF2 but still requiring a good level of teamwork and/or skill to play. But the audience isn't there (which i'm fine with).

Skirmish maps are the way to go for vBF2 players, especially if they like the Inf Only servers.
Max the player count at 32 or 64 for really crazy action.
If you want vehicles and assets, definitely the 1km maps, but there is still the normal PR learning curve to deal with.
However, I think the vBF2 players would find PR more familiar than not, and would probably like it if they gave it a chance. Especially if they got their feet wet on a skirmish only server.

Matrox' s fun map pack was fun ... for a while.
