[v1.2]launcher downloading bug

just a small bug really. i was downloading the 1.2 update and noticed that even though my download was progressing regularly the % completion remained at zero. everything downloaded and updated successfully and the install % completion was working fine.

Thanks for the report. This was a known problem and actually the next time you update this will be fixed as the 1.2 update provides a fix for this. It's just not visible yet until after the update
