No ingame sound when using mumble.

Description:
On every round that makes use of mumble (Every public server) i can't hear in-game sound because of mumble.

How do i know it is caused by mumble? Because if i close it i can hear for a while (The time it needs to reopen).

Tested on:
Multiple servers and configurations. Runs like a charm in local (No mumble).


I have used multiple in-game settings with multiple mumble settings, and it doesn't make any difference. The only way i can find to hear in-game sound is to turn off mumble (Even muting me or others doesn't work).

At the start of the round i can hear for like 1-2 seconds (just before mumble connects) and them bam, no sound.

If i close mumble at any time, i can hear for another 3-4 seconds until mumble opens again.




I have the Steam version, clean install and everything is upgraded. Mumble is the one built-in (Not downloaded appart).

Woops, already found a solution. It was not mumble problem, but windows messing around with my "default comm device".


Just changued it in windows menu under Sound and worked again!
