New account-screenHIGH RES walk around

HEY all I tried and tried to make a NEW account but keep getting stuck on that screen.
I would get down to the enter PW line..and could not get the NEXT button to highlite

here is what I found.......

My screen is 2650 x 1440 -27"...
on the NEW ACCOUNT screen I could only get to (or SEE down to the first PW line. It would not let me scroll down to see other lines..(there is another line it is CONFIRM PW)

So If you have a High RES screen and can not see that Confirm PW line under the first PW line. just enter your PW then HIT TAB..retype PW even though you can not see it then hit enter.... the NEXT button should LITE up. Click NEXT and your Golden..............
