IMHO, Your selected output device in PRMumble is not your currently selected Windows Sound output device.
1. Go to Control Panel->Sound
Find which sound output is the one you are using for everything.
Right click, Advanced, Exclusive mode.
UNtick the boxes for now to test.
It's possible you have another program running , (TS3, Vent, Skype etc, that has exclusivity mode enabled, so it's 'stealing' your output device)
2. Start PRMumble,
Go to Configure->Settings->Advanced tickbox on bottom left->Audio Output
Matching the Windows Audio output to the PRMumble Audio output will fix this problem in most cases,
CLICK APPLY to save settings changes.
Test PR
