You are right though, admins should allow a map vote every now and then, but normally decide the next map on their own what they think is best. Sometimes the players need to be forced to play good other maps.
Im sick of overplayed maps as well!

Because if we now decide to remove the map votes the most part of the community will be like this.

"Where is the map votes at?"
"We've done a mapvote? i want a mapvote"
"Admins only put the maps they want without even voting for them"
"We only play the same maps over and over, can we vote ploxz?" <- hate that word btw
"Omg no mapvotes? fine, i'm going to AMIBWIBF(not actually a server) server cuz they do mapvotes"

Can we actually do a Underplayed map?


Then admins say:

"Oh people will leave, blah blah blah."

But know whats funny?

They put Iron Ridge INS as next, they play it. Server gets full and one of the best rounds they have had on the server.

Of course, it's all admins choice what to put in the vote. Or set next.


A lot of new comers get bored of PR cause all the servesr do is play:

Fallujah, Khamisiyah, Shikotan, Shikotan, Arcitc Lion, IA Drang, IA Drang, Nam, blah bla, so on.



But honestly, it's almost useless posting threads like this. Admins don't read it, plus it's basically their 'server'. So they can put anything they want.


Only TRUE admins and TRUE servers run Under Played maps.

Where is Burning Sands?
Where is Shijia? (I know there is a massive lag on that map, idk if devs fixed)
Where in the WORLD is Vasdo?
Where in the poopwhole is Korengal?
It's like 20 questions.

Imagine if PR had a game... Guess the map!

1.I am a forest map
2.I have a City
3.I have great close quarter battles.
4.I am a VERY infantry friendly map.
5.The ambushes can be intense!

Someone take a guess.

I bet the Devs get bored playing the same maps over and over again.

like in every release i say the same over and over again, DEVs stop make new maps, majority of players know only one- Mutrah, set a vote with new maps and mutrah guess what map will won. for me mutrah is lame, same old tactics- build fob - mosque roof - apc at a11- bla bla, the map have to die.
