1.2 Dutch Para Mini doesn't switch scope/ironsight

Description:
When playing as Dutch AR on Arctic Lion I noticed that Para mini doesn't switch its scope view to ironsight (C by default). I also didnt notice S/B letter sign next to fire mode. MG class with identical scope can cycle through ironsight/scope though...

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Choose Dutch AR class with mounted scope
