Mumble: "Connection failed: Connection timed out"

I just updated to 1.2 the other day, and ever since I have not been able to connect to Mumble. Every time I join a server I get the small grey icon of a speaker with a red line in front of it. I have tried restarting Mumble while in game, I have reinstalled PR, I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
