I have a problem with ai, ONLY on one BF2 mod

At the start of the round, the opfor forces (Team2) all move out to capture the flags and use the majority of vehicles at main base.

only 80% of the blufor (Team 1) move out. The other 20% stand idle at main. None of the vehicles are used by any AI and sometimes they sporadically die :(

I've tried changing all the files in the "AI" folder and I know its not a pathing issue as this problem is on Every map. I am using ESAI but this makes no difference. Am I looking in the wrong places? Has this issue occurred else where?

It sounds like an issue with your navmesh. Either it is floating above the ground or under it. Toggle AI and draw the infantry navmesh in the editor to view it.
Sadly it's not really an easy fix.

I'm using vanilla BF2 maps, shouldn't the navmesh be perfect? And this happens on every map and I don't think every map has navmesh problems.

I'm using vanilla bf2 editor, shouldn't DICE code be perfect? :D

assetruler69: I've seen things you smurfs wouldn't believe. Apaches on the Kashan. I watched burned down tank hulls after the launch of the single TOW. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Time to give up and respawn.
