I'm new to PR and having trouble with the voip system Mumble.
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
Version of BF2: 1.5 (Steam)
Version of PR: 1.2
Problem: people can't here me on Mumble. I'm using the standard audio input and output on my computer for a combined headset and mic.
I can hear others talk, and I see the audo symbols when others (and myself) are talking.
I have not downloaded a separate Mumble. In the Mumble setup opened from the PR launcher, I have selected my mic and in Volume Tuning my voice is recognized. In Voice Activity Detection however, nothing happens when I talk. And I can't move the slider there. In Quality & Notifications I have Balanced selected.
Please help!

Re: People can't hear me on Mumble (Windows 8.1)
Update:
It is now working. I tried several things, so not sure which one solved it:
1. Uninstalled PR via Control Panel. Ran the installer again. I did this because I played regular BF2 and maybe that messed with some settings.
2. Unchecked the exclusive box in the sound device's setting as adviced in another thread.
3. Quit some background processes: Adobe Update and 1Password.
Will post here if it stops working again.
