v1.2.1.0 Random lagg spikes and disconnecting

When playing on PR online I keep getting connection problems (the game states that it's lost connection with the server) and sometimes the game disconnects me entirely.

All of this whilst I usually have steady ping, not higher than 160 on US west coast servers and not higher than 100 on US east coast servers. And it only started about 2 days ago. And when I alt-tab out of the game my PC tells me I have a steady internet connection.

(Yes I have set internet options to cable instead of LAN but it happens with both options)

Edit: Found the issue, my ISP is only providing a third of the Mbs that we are paying for and therefor sometimes the network disconnects because of lack of MBs....
