Cant Start Game , Game Settings

Hi guys , got a problem trying to start the game. When i go to launch the game it comes up with this message :

So i go in my settings and my resolution settings have changed , like so :

So i change them back LIKE i had them , :

it says all good , things are saved. Go back to press play and then :

does anyone have a solution for this troll of a launcher ?

i deleted the game and re installed it , all good now.
before when i was playing my game got freezed couldnt anything so i had to restart my pc , maybe that had something to do with it.
