Its just a matter of time till someone posts a thread with the question, so here is the answer:
Chrome made an Update to version 37. The default settings make the font all blurry and weird.
To fix it:
Open Chrome.
Go to address bar and type chrome://flags/#disable-direct-write and press ENTER.
Now, click on "Enable" on DirectWrite and restart Chrome.

Hi, I really appreciate all the responses about the topic of the blurred fonts. I think, it is true and correct with the released version of Chrome 37. It uses a new text rendering method that causes problems. You mat try searching also in the internet, there are a lot of ways to resolve the issues

Sorry for the revive, but unfortanately they removed this option in v52
. The font looks awful again now, ugh...

Reboot.
Try this. In case you have 4k display... use magnifier
