Unable to extract ISO

For some reason I can't extract the ISO file using winrar.
I have no idea what I should do. I'm really bad with this stuff.

Have you downloaded the 6.9GB .iso file using a torrent client, or did you just download the .torrent file?

Ok, I have no idea what a torrent client is. I am extremely bad with almost everything relating to computers ;C

But I just found a zip file of it on ModDB so it should hopefully work.

EDIT: Nevermind. It's 1.0, latest is 1.2 so I'm going to need instruction on what all I need is.
