Moving cannons

Hello, I wonder if it is possible to implement the ability to push cannons, or even some that can drop truck cannons.
These additions would give more strategic depth already that teams could reshape their defense moving to where cannons were needed, sorry for bad english.

You can push cannons in Forgotten Hope 2 (another BF2 mod) so I don't see why you couldn't do it in this as well. Just depends on if the Dev's put anything in like it.

I believe that yes, all of these things are possible, as it has been discussed in many different scenarios (ex: spawning a cannon vehicle from a truck similar to a crate).

That being said, cannons are currently like any other cannon currently in PR (which is just the ZIS I think), where they are static and can rotate. I don't think they'll change from this, at least before the initial rerelease.

I can understand this, but deployables already kind of take place of this. And not to be pessimistic but some troll or 6 year old are going to move them around to annoy someone.

Yeah thats a possibility but that can also be handled by a server admin for someone trolling with assets. We shouldnt lose gameplay features because of the possibility of someone trolling, but thats just my opinion, were still talking about it :D

asset trolling may be a problem in other games where admins arent always online when the server runs. in pr there is usually an admin online when the server is filled so i dont think that trolling will be a problem :)

The vehicle can also be limited only to crewmen kit, which may work but seems strict.

There are soooo many opportunities to troll in pr, I don't think one more would be much of an issue.
