v1.2 Gaza Beach - INS

So I just played a round of Gaza Beach insurgency as the HAMAS. We won the game with all 5 caches untouched, and with more kills than the IDF team. It was a total steamroll.
As an AAS map I think Gaza Beach is well balanced and fun to play for both sides. But on INS, I can't imagine how the BluFor is supposed to destroy all 5 caches without losing all the tickets first.
Only a completely incompetent OpFor team could lose INS on this map. The map is very heavily biased for the defenders:
1.) A civilian looks almost identical to an armed HAMAS fighter. (!) Both civvies and fighters wear a black balaclava, which is a bit ridiculous.
2.) Only a select few of the IDF classes have the restraining devices.
3.) On Gaza Beach, the IDF don't get zoomed-in optics and don't have binoculars. This makes it even harder to identify who is a hostile and who is a civilian, compared to maps like Fallujah.
4.) IDF don't have the typical BluFor advantage of optics (except for officers and marksmen/snipers).
At their present state, I don't think the HAMAS civilian implementation is very good. The civilians are wearing combat vests and balaclavas. That alone makes me think the civvies should be taken away from HAMAS.
