1.3 last PR patch?

Hey, I don't know if I missed a news update or something but I just read this comment by Bluedrake42 on youtube:

I don't know where you're getting this, but I know over half of the PR2 dev team have abandoned the project and started their own separate commercial game (not even squad) also PRBF2 will be ending soon, 1.3 will be the final patch. I'll be making announcements about all of this soon.

(If so, shouldn't people with "insider info" like this restrain themselves from posting about it before official announcements?)

The team doesn't know the answer to that so I doubt some 'informed' people do. We have a lot of content in the works. Personally I doubt it all fits in one update
