Low FPS

Post by fallen.q »

I started playing PR again after some years of inactivity and got some FPS issues. My specs are definitely more than enough to max-out the game. I'd love if someone could help me find the problem.

I'm running a GTX 660Ti, i7 870 @2.93Ghz and 8GB of RAM. Windows 7 64bits.
The HDD I'm running the game from has 163GB free out of 500, and I already defragged(?) it. It's not the fastest HD, but it has no issues with other games.
(how do I get that report with all the PC info?)

My FPS goes from 25 to 80, depending on the area I'm facing. It's not map specific, although in some it's easier to notice.

@edit
I just ran the EA Easy Info thingy and it says my system fails to have the required RAM to run the game. It says my system has 1.0 System Memory and it needs 512.0.

Then there's this:
Memory
System Total: 1.0
Virtual Total: 2047.9
Pagefile Total: 4096.0

Snapshot
System Available: 4096.0
Virtual Available: 1953.3
Pagefile Available: 4096.0
No idea what it means, but welp, I'd guess that's the problem?
It does show 8GB RAM in my Windows Info.
