Looking for a clan.

Hello,
I'm new to the world of Project Reality. I've had my time playing online Co-Op but i think this it for me to start playing properly at PvP servers.
I've read the field manual, i know the rules...etc.
But, even after some try-outs in the PvP servers, i felt like i need some company, and people (In-Game) are so rude and time-eating they can't even introduce themselves or talk about their field specializations after i create a squad at the start of a match.
All i seek from this thread is just a small but ACTIVE clan that're always throwing their heads at PR. Plus it would be very appreciated if some one here is from Morocco so he/she can help me out.
