Can Hard Drive Space / Partitions Affect Framerate

The computer I am using has 3 Operating Systems - Windows 7, Ubuntu 12, and Fedora 18. The Hard Drive is currently partitioned into 6 parts. Each partition has 30 - 50% free space.

I also have 10GB of RAM.

Could all of these partitions cause a hit on FPS in game or is the Windows 7 partition the only one relevant since that is where PR is installed?

I don't think it will cause any problem...

CPU is more important for BF2. Might want to post your system info if you're experiencing Fps issues.
