PR installer causes disks failure

When i try install PR 1.2 downloaded from this site, installation stopping at middle and I receiving message about disk I/O error. Device when placed installer completely dissapearing from system. If that virtual DVD - dissapering virtual drive, if i try to instal from HDD - dissapearing all logical disks from that HDD.
