Mumble Issue

I've had a problem with mumble which has kept me from playing PR for some time now. Whenever I join a server, something seems to be blocking my mumble and thus giving me the broken mic sign on the ingame mumble hud. I'm pretty sure I can rule my AV out since I haven't had problems with it before and I haven't made any significant changes on my computer lately. I've tried reinstalling pr/mumble and launching mumble setup yet still had no satisfying results. I did replace my headset with the same variant prior to this problem (this is literally the only thing I could think of causing the problem).

Turn off any kind of anti-virus programms and firewall. Is mumble crash when you testing it via prluncher? Try use compatibility mode on mumble.
