De-allocate kit on disconnect bug

Whenever someone disconnects with a limited kit, the rest of the squad can't use that kit
for the rest of the round. A friendly reminder for now is to make sure you have rifleman kit
selected when you disconnect so that your squad is deprived of a valuable kit such as medic
or AR.

As it is currently, anyone who disconnects, crashes, or otherwise becomes unavailable
takes their limited kit with them.
