Hey, is there any solution to this? If I start Pr/mumble then start skype I can't call anybody on skype, and if I start skype first I can't hear anybody on Mumble and nobody hears me..
I found a fix that said you have to disable overlays in mumble, but I can't find "overlays" in the mumble settings...
Mumble doesn't work with skype.

Re: Mumble doesn't work with skype.
hiya Ason,
sorry for the delayed response.
The most probable cause of this is "Exclusivity mode".
You need to check in three locations to see how your system has exclusivity mode.
1. Windows Sounds-Recording->select your mic->right click->Properties->Advanced Tab->Make sure the two Exclusive tickboxes are NOT TICKED. If you change it, remember to click apply.

--------------
2. Skype microphone auto adjust volume
This is unlikely to be the problem,
Skype->Tools->Options-Audio Settings->Microphone->untick the "Automatically adjust microphone settings' tickbox. Click Save.
--------
3. PRMumble microphone exclusivity
(this is probably the cause of the problem)
Open PRMumble-Settings-Tick the Advanced TICKBox->Audio Input->UNTICK THE EXCLUSIVITY tickbox. Click Apply.

Re: Mumble doesn't work with skype.
thanks litoralis, sorry for the late reply. I did everything you said (only #1 had wrong settings) but still having the problem..
I should start by mentioning ever since 1.0 I have had problems with not hearing others on mumble but at first I just had to restart mumble a couple of times to fix it but it no longer works.
I noticed if I have teamspeak running and launch mumble separately I can hear the sound configuration voice etc. If I then start PR, join a server and close teamspeak, mumble magically starts working but If I leave the server and sometimes when there is a mapchange I need to repeat the process..
If I start PR and then start teamspeak I get a message on teamspeak saying it can't find the sound device and it will change to another one..
To me it seems like by default PR wants to use another sound device than mumble(and teamspeak), but it corrects itself if I start teamspeak and mumble before launching PR. Although I can't find any settings in PR that sets the sound device for the game ( I will check in vbf2 if I find it)
Any idea what the problem is?
