i think i should make a map for pr. i am making a large map like shitotan but btter. it will be woods and stuff.

i should be done tomorrow, also how do i turn buildings?

If you mean you can finish a Picasso inspired windows paint image by tomorrow i agree, if you mean a full pr map? then gtfo of here stalker :lol:

hi thanks for support. i made halo3 levels so this shouldnt be hard. i think woodland will be nice with lots of woods.

you are aware that i was not supporting you, i was simply stating that you have no chance in finishing a map in 1 day, and that your post is lacking everything a new map thread is required to have.

hey tibar can you make the map snow instead? im going to make the greenland fraction and this map looks like it will be perfect

+zero, the map is only a rough draft of course it will look better when its done

Do you guys realize what kind of work goes into creating a map? This isn't a simple editor like halo3, there is a lot that goes into making a map to the quality that many of PR's mappers put in. Good, well optimized maps can takes months to complete.

If it's for personal use, that's another story, regardless Goodluck with your attempt! Hard to find a lot on mapping in bf2 anymore but be sure to read the sticky threads in the mapping section for tricks and how to go through the map making process.

i dont know i was pretty awesome at halo3.

zeno if you want help leveling i can help you out. together we could make an awesome level i bet.

actually halo 3 is also really hard to make maps in. i once spent 2 hours straight making a map and it wasnt even done yet. still he has a really good plan and its better than starting without a plan. at least in bF2 you can place trees and rocks and now even cars that explode when shooting them so theres more possibilities

WOW this has potential, i'm new to the mod i came over from cod, cant stand all the unrealisticness going on.

How long until greenland is in the game? 1.0?

i dont have any work done yet but it will probably be in the next update.
I just need to make some new voices and a dogsled.

dogsled is easy i can get one of the modellers to do it.
ill do the voice recordings later (i have a gaming headset so the sound quality will be good)

Sure! hit me up anytime, i could need some help with making grass and trees, they turn grey and dissapear after 50m.. i tried reinstalling bf2 but nothing seems to help.. any idea?
