cd key hash suddenly changed

my cdkey hash suddenly changed after i went to bed. i can even play on other Server but i dont have my admin rights anymore since it's tied to my legal cd key hash of course.

now i tried to fix my key via the bf2keychanger and the registry methode it used to work that way whenever i re-installed/moved the BF2 folder but now it just doesnt change the hash anymore when i type in my legit retail bf2 key (6 years old)

Okay. this trick did it.

So the solution is:
1. Set your PC clock forward a few days
2. Change the key
3. Restore the clock

A damn important question would be how the cd key got changed in the first place. Did this happen to someone else in the past few weeks as well? Because this sounds alarming.
