hey, I just finally installed pr and the launcher launches just fine, i press options and i get a bsod, i havent actually launched the game yet, just wanted to check the options and change what i needed to. any idea whats going on and what i can do about it?

PRlauncher requires MS .NET framework 4.0 or newer to run. Without it you can get the bsod.

I think .Net 4.5.2 is the newest stable release, find it here:

it can sometimes also be related to a discrete soundcard, let me know if you have a PCIE or USB soundcard installed.

the sound card i am using is a creative soundblaster, with my realtek hd audio active as well, needed to do this for many reasons and cant really switch the way i use it.

as far as i can tell, there isnt a .net thats for xp, they all say 8 or 7... this is frustrating me

I just reread this, I need to clarify this:

You are getting a Windows XP Blue Screen of Death that requires a hard restart when you click the PRLauncher's options button?

That's a whole other level of IDK wtf is going.

Can you post your system specs?



Are you running any 3rd party overlay programs?

heh, if its confusing others then i am sunk :P

no overlay programs running as far as i am aware, never installed anything like that.
my sys is
intel p4 3.2ghz with hyper threading
2 gigs sys ram
1 gig nvidea 6800gs gfx card

anything else you need to know?
