I know I have posted a thread before asking this but this is my specs I know for a fact the ones before was gonna be a pc I was gonna build but I sadly don't have the money so I just upgraded the pc I have now so when I get the parts here will be the right specs for sure. So how much fps will I have on 900p ultra.

cpu: intel Pentium g3240 3.10ghz dual core with 2 threads.

ram: 8gb 1600mhz cl11

gpu: gtx 960 from msi the one with the tiger on the box.

power supply: 500w

8gb and the gtx960 is very good for PR.
CPU should be OK.

You should have invested more into the processor instead of the graphics card. PR benefits from every MHz and instructions per cycle(which why I would reccomend Intel over AMD). The combination is terrible, even more for modern games which use more than 2 cores.
An Intel Core i3-4170 and a cheaper graphics card for example would run PR better for the same price. The Pentium G3240 will bottleneck the GTX 960 in newer games. I'm not saying it wil run badly but the combination is far from perfect.

Well I'm gonna eventually upgrade to a quad core but not right now because I don't have the money and I wanted the gtx 960 so yeah.
