Cant range gun

If I ever use the grenadier class im told to range my grenade launcher so i can get an accurate shot, people tell me to press q but I binded q to my talk to squad key and I don't know where to go to change the button you use for ranging. I'm trying to figure where I would go to change my ranging button or at the least what the name of the setting is called.

Try changing the commo rose hotkey.

You also need to aim the weapon and then press Q (or the appropiate button) to select the range. Lots of people don't realize this.

Like others said, scope in with the grande launcher and press+hold your comorose key (default: Q). Then select the range on the left.
You can check what key you have assigned under Options->Controls->Common on the right under Communication the key for MAIN RADIO.
