It fire the 23x115mm he (in the video) it should do the same damage as the 23x152mm used by the ZU-23-2.

I agree the 23mm rounds should have increased (splash) damage.

What do you mean by "slight", because right now they dont have splash damage, infantry can survive direct hits, and its impossible to kill any vehicle with it.
