Start-up crash issues

Hey so, I've been having problems starting up PR:BF2 lately. When starting up, I can log in, get past the intro video, but when I get to the main menu, my game crashes. I run the game as an admin, and have tried re-installing it. I have had the game for a little over a year, and these issues are recent. Any fixes that I have to do, or am I missing something simple. Thanks for any help!

Try change the resolution of the game by going into Settings, and choosing your profile. I have this issue too at certain times, and I know changing the resolution does work.
