Account issue

Fired up 1.3. When I push play, and try to log in with my name and password I get this message:
265: The provided account name was incorrect. Please check the account name and try again.
The account name is correct, and already listed in the profiles.
I have played before, and recently donated under this account name, and would prefer to keep it.

I forgot to lock that thread. make sure to make new issues for these sort of things

You must be filling it in wrong (email,pw,name). This a account made after v1.2 right? As accounts from before that are not retrievable.

Sorry Mods. I realized right after that, I was posting in the wrong place. Thanks for moving it here. I made that account years and don't think I played 1.0-1.2. I will try to set up a new account with the same name.
Funny how the account was listed on the account/password screen though.

Ok I made a new account with the old name and email. It works perfect. Accounts made before 1.2 are not retrievable. Just remake them.
