1.3v not responding

When i start the launch its just crashes saying that it stop responding i already tried some fixes but they didn't work for me.

We are going to need some more info then that Can you go into the support menu of the launcher and then copy your system info to us? If you can't launch the launcher then give us as much information about your pc as possible.

Also make sure you have the latest versions of .NET framework,Visual C++ and DirectX9 installed.

And make sure you have tried all of those solutions.

Try making a new profile as well.

I made sure that everything is up to date i will post my pc information in 30 minutes or so.
