v1.3 download time help!

So i don't use torrent or anything. And when i go to download any of the 1.3 versions my download speed is 166kps. I have 50mbs and i have tested the downloads in chrome, IE, and FF. all slow. But any other website is up to speed. Any way to avoid a 2 day download?
