Vadso Ciy Russian carrier Mi-17 not repairing/reloading

The Russian carrier doesn't repair/reload the Mi-17 helicopters.

It sometimes may or may not work for some helicopters, and others not at all. Even putting the helicopter on the exact same spot it spawns doesn't work, nor does it work to put it on the spot it does for other helicopters.

Went the whole game trying to reload my helicopter and nothing.
