Unable to Contact Verification Server

Hello I am very new to this as u can see to my name. I just installed a new copy of this game off the website and everytime i load in and hit play it says validation client files and then gives me the error Unable to contact Verification Server. Can i please get a fix or something that can fix this it would be greatly awesome. thank you and i hope to be a nice new person to this community to play this awesome game.
