Joystick pitch not working

Hey all. I have a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro that I've used successfully in BF2, however in PR the pitch does not work. Throttle, steer, and buttons all work. I have unmapped all secondary keys and nothing. I'm running Windows 8. Halp

Same stick here. Its pain in the *** to set up if the axis are a bit worn out/old. It probably detects the wrong axis to the pitch and there for wont work. Try installing the latest version of software (Logitech gaming software) and checking the axis and make sure they all align correctly and there is no ripple in them.
Does the axis for pitch roll and steer have different axis in the settings?
I had to buy new one of the same stick since the last one simply worn out (10 years of usage lol).
