project reality standalone black screen "help"

hello guys i run the game and it opens a launcher once i press play it loads up as a black screen and just stops responding i have tried everything over the internet on the forums and everything and nothing is seeming to work if somebody could please help me it would be much appriciated.

Try to post your system specs:
PRlauncher->Support->Copy to Clipboard
paste everything here.

Have you updated directx 9c, .Net framework , and C++ distributables as liste din the installation manual?

It sounds like your antivirus or firewall is blocking the PRBF2.exe or PRlauncher.exe file.
what antivirus and firewall do you use?

Try running in windowed mode, in windowed mode any windows error message will show up in a pop up window itself, copy the message and post it here:
PRlauncher->options->UNTICK the Fullscreen Tickbox->CLICK APPLY
Run PR to test

I have been having the same problem, I have tried everything in this forum and looked around in others yet nothing it working...

Go to my documents/ Project reality/ profiles /default /video con (open with Wordpad) and see what the resolution is please.

The new poster please post specs.
