[HELP] how to use bf2 sound tools

how to use sound tools????????? i want to make a new player spotted sound for bf2 i have recorded the sound as wav and i also have vorbis tools and sound tools but dont know how to use them..can someone explain in detail that how to use them? any help will be appreciated greatly....thanks in advance
