Deployable assets won't deploy on the rooftops

Description: As of v1.3 I've noticed it's impossible to deploy fobs and assets on the rooftops of some buildings or inside other structures. Just off the top of my head:

1. On top of the factory on Muttrah (near USMC repair) or Beirut (L9, SW of RU repair)
2. Rooftop of any L-shape, H-shape, multistory building
3. Even inside Missile Silo on Silent Eagle

It was easy to deploy assets in all of the above places in v1.2

Tested on local and dedicated servers.

I was able to drop TOW on rooftop in Beirut. Depends of the roof, really

To be fair, I've mostly tested with FOBs, you get "Try again in a better location" when deploying in locations on above list.
