Flightstick controls problem

so, finally after so many years playing PR i decided to buy a flight-stick so i can practice my CAS technics.
i bought the MadCatz F.L.Y 5 flight-stick

i'd install the driver that comes with the fly-stick, and from some reason i cant make the controls on the stick to combine with PR control settings

for example i want to set the flairs button on key num 3 on the stick on the PR control settings its show "joystick number 4" and its on all the controls, its always jump 1 number up.

another problem its config mumble with the stick, i tried to add local speck and squad redio as keys on the stick and from some reason they aren't working i on mumble.

any ideas?
