Cant switch seats in a vehicle

Hi all,



I bought a laptop yesterday and I am having an issue switching seats in game. None of the F1 to F8 keys work... When I press F4 for instance PR gets minimalized and I get some statusbar on my destkopscreen about projecting my screen on another screen. I have a Toshiba Satellite L70-B-150, with Windows 8.1.

Does anyone know how to fix it? I have tried finding a solution on Google, but no luck so far. ??:
