Possible fix for Crashing on Win10

As the windows 10 update starts rolling out for people you will experience issues starting up PR.

Searching the forums I have found possible fixes that usually leads to installing the latest for DirectX9, C++ and .Net Framework.

I for one had all three at the latest update. That's when I realized what I needed to do!

After installing Windows 10 click on the bottom left windows start menu and go into settings. Then select Windows update! Make sure Windows 10 is up to date before trying to play PR.

After updating Windows 10 make sure the proper resolution is selected for both your display and for PR.

Hopefully this will fix the Windows 10 start up issues! Now go back to the battlefield!
