Bf2 linux server wrong patch

I am atm. running a bf2 dedicated linux server, but its running the wrong patch.
How can i make it run to the new patch? I have tryed reinstall the server multiple times, without luck.

For future reference: he probably used the server updater located in mods/pr/bin.
