Description:
When using !reload to reload the map, all delayed assets become bugged and fail to spawn.
Steps to Reproduce:
Load a map with delayed assets, We were on khamisiyah aas 64.
As far as we can tell you don't have to use the assets, but for the sake of knowing that they spawn. I would wait until they spawn.
Then do !reload, and watch as none of the delayed assets spawn.

Using !restart happen the same problem. In 1.2 dont have this problem.
