Mouse frozen on deployment screen

This happened just a few days ago. I can move my mouse around on the menu and stuff but after loading in to the deployment screen, the cursor stays frozen in the middle of the screen. I can still type in chat, switch between squad and kit selections but the cursor doesn't move.

I tried resetting controls in game, resetting profiles, deleting & retrieving profile, creating a new profile and launching as administrator but nothing works.

Coincidently this happened when I started playing MGS V IF that relates to anything....
