Help with win 10 plz

When I installed on win 10 I had to install c++, DirectX and .net before it worked, I think that DirectX was the vital one.

"Can't get it to work" is a really broad definition. You should describe the issue in more detail - what exactly doesn't work, at what point, and are there any error messages. You should also post specs and any log files if they were created.

install all updates for windows 10. your friend needs to give us something to work with, like an error number..
