What makes PR tick?

There's something in the way PR is designed that makes teamwork and the way battles pan out really, really good. It's something that's missing from all the other tactical shooters but I can't put my finger on what it is.

Is it because PR forces cooperation? Is it the asset respawn times and pace of gameplay?

Trying to figure out the secret ingredient so I can point out why other games suck so bad. :p

Teamplay is enforced by the other players, and if you stray too far off the path the admins/moderators will either kick you or warn you to adapt to the general playstyle of the game.

I think its because it has squads with squad leaders, voip with multiple types of communication, and deployable assets which makes it similar to an rts game. The scale is also big for an fps so theres room for strategy, not just tactics.
