Can someone figure it out i dont know what to do

run as administrator or move PR out of c:\program files

also make sure you are launching PR from " mods\pr\bin\PRLauncher.exe"

the PR launcher is needed...

go to documents, rename projectreality to projectrealityOLD
open prbf2.exe, found in Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2
when it says you need to use the launcher, exit that and start prlauncher.exe
configure your video settings and try playing
