Can't use rcon on local coop?

Sometimes I like to load up a local coop server and kill some bots, and using rcon commands makes this easier but after 1.3.5, I've been unable to use rcon in local coop. Why is this?

You need to deselect and then reselect the Use local RCON commands in the Launcher. It has 3 stages as you can notice. The default is only in local mode, then you select it again and you get a tick instead of a dark box. Then it will work in CO-OP too.
